To be honest, I've had a rough week or so, and the anecdote recounted in this tweet was just sort of the perfect little bonus to what was already a pretty lousy day. But now, it all seems worth it-- someone apparently found the "story" funny enough to share. And as a writer (even a writer of tweets) that's kinda the main point-- reaching an audience somehow, you know?

So there you have it. Life gives you shit, make shitade.
